SPRINT REVOLUTION POWER SOX COMBO PACK

(includes Small + Large Pair)

Sprint Revolution Power Sox, these are resistance-training socks used to increase drag on the feet and lower legs, forcing the swimmer to produce more propulsion while maintaining race-specific mechanics.

Power Sox are typically used for:

  • Acceleration work (15–25m efforts)

  • Power-endurance sets (25s and 50s)

  • Race-pace training while keeping stroke mechanics closer to normal swimming than some larger drag devices

  • Kick and breakout development

The Sprint Revolution Power Sox package includes both a small pair and a large pair, allowing swimmers to progress the resistance level depending on the training objective.

  • Small Power Sox

    • Higher velocity work

    • Race-pace swimming

    • Technical sprint work

    • Contrast sets (Sox on → Sox off)

  • Large Power Sox

    • Maximum power development

    • Starts and breakout work

    • Underwater kicking

    • Short acceleration efforts (10–25m)

    • Strength-focused sprint sets

The progression I would typically use with elite sprinters is:

  1. Large Sox for force production.

  2. Small Sox for power-speed transfer.

  3. No Sox for race-speed execution.
